Shipping Policy

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are looking forward to expanding our services internationally in the future.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $40. A small fee of $7.99 applies for orders under $40.

Shipping Times
Orders zoom out of our warehouse within 3 business days and arrive at your doorstep in 3-7 days.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, we will refund the cost of the products, minus the actual shipping costs incurred, based on the real expenses, not the promotional rate. We appreciate your understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and email it to us at hello@colorlomo.com. We will assist is solving the issue. If your package is lost, also contact us immediately. We are here to help.

Return Policy

Standard Returns
Not in love with your product? No worries! Return new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a product refund—just remember that original shipping fees aren't refundable. Reach out to us at hello@colorlomo.com to get started.

Got the Wrong Item?
Mistakes happen, but we’ll fix it fast! Just send us a photo at hello@colorlomo.com, and we will send you the correct or replacement item ASAP, and you may keep the mistaken product.
