Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, we will refund the cost of the products, minus the actual shipping costs incurred, based on the real expenses, not the promotional rate. We appreciate your understanding.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and email it to us at hello@colorlomo.com. We will assist is solving the issue. If your package is lost, also contact us immediately. We are here to help.
Return Policy
